The arc
Each week goes somewhere specific. Your goals stay with you the whole way.
Week 1
Name what actually happened. Look at what you lost — not just the job, but the routine, the identity, the people. Calm your nervous system. Start the daily practice.
Week 2
Figure out what you believe about yourself and where those beliefs came from. Family patterns around work. Stories about worth. What is actually true and what is inherited.
Week 3
Collect the evidence for what you are good at. Write an honest story about what happened that you can stand behind. Start seeing what wants to come next.
Week 4
Look at the disruptions again. See what shifted. Test your new story under pressure. Name what is still unfinished. Build the version of this practice you keep after the program ends.
Your daily flow
The required exercises take about 5 minutes. The optional ones go deeper. You decide how much time you have each day.
